Celebrate the first 2026 Bicycle Weekend on Lake Washington Blvd

This summer we’ve got Bicycle Weekends on Lake Washington Blvd… not just 5 weekends like last year, but every weekend. To celebrate the progress, we’re doing a ribbon cutting at the first bicycle weekend at Mount Baker Beach. Join us on May 23rd!
Avery will be leading a pre-ride to the ride starting outside Seasmith on Barbara Bailey Way.
The plan: Saturday May 23
- Meet at 10am
- Roll at 10:15
- Meet the Mayor and other groups at Judkins Park Station at 10:50
- Bike together through the beautiful Colman Park to Mount Baker Beach
- Ribbon Cutting and remarks at roughly 11:20
- Enjoy car free Lake Washington Blvd to your heart’s content!
